The Company's subsidiaries are involved in the supply and distribution of non-paper based stationery, gift paper, as well as pre-school educational materials. The Company's product range includes spiral note books, pads, hard cover book, files, paper bags and gift wraps. The Company offers a range of stationery products to consumers in over 50 countries under original brand manufacturing (OBM), exclusive original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and original design manufacturing (ODM) arrangements. The Company in collaboration with Disney designs products under their brands Disney Standard Characters, including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Ducks and friends, Disney Classics and Disney Princess. The Company's local customers include hypermarket chains, bookstores, specialty stores and supermarkets.
