Stephen Powell

Stephen Powell has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Stephen is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Finance at Cheeca Lodge & Spa since September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Accounting Manager at the same company from August 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Stephen held the position of Corporate Director - Accounting, Labor Productivity, and Operating Systems at Baystar Hotel Group from December 2010 to August 2021. Stephen also served as the General Manager at Hotel Indigo Saint Petersburg, FL Downtown from July 2014 to January 2017. Earlier in their career, Stephen worked as a Guest Service Associate at Hilton Ocala from October 2009 to December 2010, and as a Front Desk Manager at Cabot Lodge, Gainesville, FL from August 2007 to October 2009.

Stephen Powell received their A.A degree from Santa Fe College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a B.A degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management at Saint Leo University from 2009 to 2010.
