Cheekwood
Beth Murdock has a strong background in museum and botanical garden management. Beth began their career in 1995 as the Director of Visitor Services at the American Museum of Natural History. After 9 years in that role, they moved on to become the Administrative Director at the Nashville Zoo in 2004. In 2013, they were promoted to the Chief Operating Officer at the Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum of Art, where they currently hold that position.
Beth Murdock completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1979 to 1983. The field of study was not specified.

Cheekwood is a 55-acre botanical garden and art museum located on the historic Cheek estate.
