Stefani Wolff

Stefani Wolff serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Palleon Pharmaceuticals since September 2025. Previously, Stefani held roles as a Board Member at Rain Therapeutics from March 2021 to December 2024 and as COO and EVP of Product Development at Nurix Therapeutics from June 2021 to June 2023. Stefani was a Founding Member of the Chief Executive Group from December 2020 to December 2021 and acted as Chief Development Officer at Principia Biopharma from January 2017 to January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at BioPharma Consultancy from January 2016 to January 2017 and Vice President at Onyx Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to December 2015, focusing on global project team leadership in development. Earlier in Stefani's career, a consultancy role in biotech and pharma took place from January 2011 to June 2013, and from April 2007 to August 2010, Stefani was a Senior Director at Genentech, leading strategies and operations in oncology, immunology, and ophthalmology. Stefani holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a BS in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing education there between 1986 and 1989.
