In 2013, they attended Maru a Pula School and received A Levels in Business Studies, Geography, Pure Mathematics, and Computing. From 2016 to 2019, they attended African Leadership University (Mauritius Campus) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences. In 2019, they completed a Master's degree at the University of Cambridge. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in African Studies at The University of Edinburgh, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, One Pusumane has obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Learning to Be Approachable (2019) and Writing to be Heard on LinkedIn (2019).
