Amy Joiner

Amy Joiner currently serves as the Director of Client Success at Cheer Home Care since September 2024. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions in the care management field, including Director of Care Management at Coast Care and Client Success Manager at TheKey. Amy's experience also includes serving as the Lead Client Care Manager for the San Diego Region at Home Care Assistance of San Diego County and as a Care Manager at Home Care Assistance of Naples. With a strong academic background, Amy holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Humboldt State University.
