Brooke Martindale

Brooke Martindale is the CEO of Cheer Home Care, bringing a little cheer to homes. As a former CEO of Always Here Home Care Inc., Brooke founded, scaled, and sold a multimillion-dollar private pay home care company. With experience as a consultant for various health and wellness organizations, Brooke advises CEOs on improving business models and team management. Prior to their leadership roles, Brooke worked as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch and in alumni relations management at Trinity School. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, double majoring in History and Women's Studies. Brooke is recognized for their appearances on CNN, Good Morning America, and The New York Times.
