Adrian then joined Aricent Group as Vodafone Sales Director, where they successfully managed the Vodafone Group key account and achieved significant business growth through closing several managed services deals.

Afterwards, Adrian co-founded We2, a company that simplified the WiFi experience and offered digital marketing solutions. As the COO and Co-Founder, they were responsible for global sales, delivery, and operations.
