Carlos Gómez Vendrell

Carlos Gómez Vendrell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carlos co-founded and served as CEO of Cheerfy, a platform that offers the Restaurant Digital Xperience. Cheerfy received funding from investors like Techstars Ventures and was recognized by CB Insights as one of the startups revolutionizing the store of the future. Carlos also co-founded Weplan Analytics, a data science-powered company providing real-time market intelligence in the mobile communications industry.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Carlos worked as a Lecturer at EAE Business School, where they shared their knowledge and expertise. Before that, they served as the CEO of We2, a New York-based company that enabled merchants to provide free Wi-Fi to customers while facilitating interactions through chat.

Carlos Gómez Vendrell obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In 2009, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School. In 2013, Carlos completed the Executive Education program in Entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan School of Management.
