Sandip Raj

Sandip Raj has over 13 years of experience in various roles related to human resources and talent acquisition. Sandip is currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Cheers Interactive since April 2022. Prior to this, Sandip held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Cheers Interactive India Pvt Ltd from January 2021. Sandip also worked as the Human Resources Director at DHC India Pvt Ltd from April 2017 to December 2020. Before that, they served as the General Manager at Reliance Industries from April 2013 to April 2017. Sandip's earlier roles include Group Payroll Manager at Redco from January 2012 to April 2013 and Head of Service Delivery at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2009 to December 2011.

Sandip Raj completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their 10+2 certification from the Indian School of Learning, spanning from 1991 to 1993. During their early education, from 1981 to 1991, Sandip attended Denobili school, where they completed their ICSE studies. In addition to their formal education, they also received a Green Belt Six Sigma Certification from KPMG, and completed the Leading People in a Digital World program from Krauthammer. No specific start or end years were provided for these last two certifications.
