Lucas Gouveia

Lucas Gouveia is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Growth at Cheers, the leading alcohol-related supplement brand in the US, since June 2025. Previously, Lucas was the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at MANUAL, where responsibilities included managing a performance marketing team and optimizing channel performance. As the Head of Marketing and Growth for Hit, an international P2P betting startup, strategic leadership was demonstrated from its early stages. Lucas also held key positions at Raccoon Marketing Digital, starting as a Paid Media Strategist and progressing to Marketing Manager, overseeing a team and managing substantial budgets for large-scale campaigns. Lucas holds a degree from Universidade Federal de São Carlos, obtained in 2017.
