Josh Brajtman

Head of Customer Success at Cheetah

Josh Brajtman is currently the Head of Customer Success at Cheetah. Prior to this, they were with Juno Inc. from October 2015 to May 2018 as Head of Global Support. There, they were responsible for hiring and leading a team of over 100 customer service professionals to provide 24/7/365 support to Juno's drivers and riders. Josh also defined, tracked and improved KPIs & SLAs to deliver exceptional service via phone, email and SMS. In addition, they built processes, content and tools to ensure the team's success and scale. Brajtman also worked alongside the Product team to identify and lead initiatives to reduce inquiries and enhance offerings. Lastly, they fostered a collaborative atmosphere, providing formal and informal training and professional development opportunities to the team.

From February 2014 to July 2015, Brajtman served as VP Customer Success for Sherut.Net. Sherut.Net is a self-service SaaS start-up invested by Dov Moran - inventor of the USB Flash-Drive. During their time there, they helped Israeli clients such as Israel Railway, Femi Premium and Internet Rimon.

Brajtman has also held the positions of Client Director at Percepto from January 2013 to November 2015 and Co-Founder & CMO at Poliphone from November 2012 to October 2015.

Josh Brajtman has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University, and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University.
