Jonne Riikonen

Head of Customer Success at Optofidelity

Jonne Riikonen began working as a Maintenance Technician Trainee at Nomet Oy in June 2005. From August 2005 to July 2009, they worked as a Service/Assembly/Installation Engineer at Fastems. In May 2010, they briefly worked as a Service/Assembly/Installation Technician at Pirkanmaan Automaatiokeskus M.E.L.O. Oy, where they were involved in building systems automation. Jonne then joined Fastems again in October 2010, starting as a Service Engineer and later taking on roles such as Service Manager, Southern Europe and Development Manager. From December 2019 to August 2021, they served as the Head of Field Service & Training, Services, Service Manager, RoW, and Head of Agreements, Services (pro-tem) at Fastems. In 2021, Riikonen joined OptoFidelity as the Head of Customer Success. Starting in January 2023, they will also provide consultative services for developing and streamlining after-sales operations at RISE, with their availability being at request.

Jonne Riikonen began their education at Tredu Tampereen seudun ammattiopisto from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Industrial Automation as an Automation Technician. In 2009, they furthered their education at Tampere University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Building Systems Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Jonne Riikonen also obtained a certification as a Representative of Workers for Safety (RLS) from GRUPPO PLS in September 2015.
