Rebecca Kershaw has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Student Ambassador at Junior Achievement USA from September 2008 to June 2010. In this role, they had the opportunity to shadow professionals in different industries and represent Junior Achievement at various events.

Rebecca also served as the Manager of Market Operations and Analytics, where they identified process gaps, increased productivity and customer retention, and improved order fill rate and product quality.
Additionally, they worked as a Category Manager/Buyer, sourcing products from vendors, building vendor relationships, and improving margins.
Rebecca's last role at Cheetah was as a Customer Success-Operations/Dispatch Manager, responsible for managing communication processes, overseeing the dispatch team, and implementing process improvements.

Rebecca Kershaw pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2010, they enrolled in Saint Mary's College of California where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration in 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2016, they furthered their education at the same institution and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2015, they participated in the BiMBA Business in China Program at Peking University, focusing on the Doing Business in China program.
