Nicolò Zambello

Nicolò Zambello has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Nicolò is currently the CEO & Founder of Acadèmia.tv, a leading e-learning platform focused on food and beverage. Prior to this, they founded Chef in Camicia in 2015, a media company providing digital services to the food and beverage sector. Nicolò also worked as a Partner at Iuta, where they managed the bistrot at "Pirelli Hangar Bicocca," a contemporary art museum, and expanded the business into catering for major events in Milan. Nicolò Zambello was a Board Member at NutriBees and was a CFO & Co-Founder of VivEat, a B2B platform connecting food and beverage companies with consumers through IoT technology. Nicolò also worked as a Business Analyst & Partner at Lorenzo Vinci, a digital startup involved in online food and beverage trading and content production. Nicolò started their career as a Junior Valuer at K2Real.

Nicolò Zambello pursued their education at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2007 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Following this, they then attended the Politecnico di Milano from 2010 to 2011 to obtain a Master's Degree in Real Estate Management.
