Ahmed Mady, FIDIC® - PMP®

Ahmed Mady has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Ahmed has worked as a Business Operations Manager at Chefaa since 2022. Before this, they were a Senior Project Manager at DNA Middle East from 2020 to 2023, where they successfully completed a program of 8 local and international projects. Ahmed was responsible for project initiation, proposal presentations, project management, stakeholder management, and contract management.

Prior to DNA Middle East, Ahmed worked as a Project Coordinator and Owner Representative at Specialist Consultant Group PNU from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were involved in scope management, design management, construction management, and facilities management for Princess Nora University projects.

From 2016 to 2019, Ahmed served as an Architectural Engineer and Site Coordinator at FAST Consortium, where they worked on the Riyadh Metro Project. Ahmed was responsible for site management and coordination with quality, safety, logistics, and consultants.

Before that, Ahmed worked as a Project Architectural Engineer/Coordinator at Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) - ABCD from 2013 to 2016, where they were involved in the expansion of Prophet’s Mosque and Piazza in Al Madinah Al Munawara.

Ahmed also worked as a Project Architectural Engineer at SL-RASCH GMBHS Special and Lightweight Structures from 2011 to 2013, where they executed projects such as the Makah Islamic Royal Clock in Saudi Arabia.

Furthermore, Ahmed has experience as a Site Finishing Architect at Alexandria Construction Company (TMG) from 2010 to 2012, and as a Design and Planning professional at Andalus Group for Design and Planning from 2009 to 2010.

Early in their career, Ahmed worked as a Design and Planning team member at the Center Consulting and Engineering Research at the University of KFS from 2007 to 2008, where they contributed to the design of university buildings.

Overall, Ahmed Mady has a solid background in project management, architectural engineering, site coordination, and design and planning.

Ahmed Mady earned a B.Sc degree in Architectural Engineering from Tanta University from 2002 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in March 2018. Other certifications include Business Process Improvement from LinkedIn in June 2023, Module 3 [Understanding DABs] and module no. 2 [Management of claims and dispute resolution under the FIDIC Contracts] from the FIDIC - International Federation of Consulting Engineers in July 2022, and Change Management for Projects from LinkedIn in April 2022. Ahmed Mady also has certifications in Understanding the Architectural Design Process, Negotiation Skills, Construction Management: Planning and Scheduling, and IOSH for managing safely.
