Rasha Rady has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Resident of Pediatrics at Cairo University Children's Hospital (CUCH)-Department of Pediatrics- Abu El Reesh Hospital, where they completed various clinical rotations in different departments. Rasha then served as a Resident at Nada Hospital in the NICU from 2010-2011 before becoming a Resident at the Children's Cancer Hospital - Egypt 57357 in the PICU from 2011-2012. In 2012, they worked as a Clinical Demonstrator of Pediatrics at Cairo University Children's Hospital (CUCH). From 2014-2021, they held the position of Assistant Lecturer of Pediatrics at Cairo University Children's Hospital (CUCH)-Department of Pediatrics- Unit of Hematology and BMT. In 2015, they worked as a Specialist of Pediatrics at Sharm International Hospital. In 2017, Rasha co-founded Chefaa, where they served as the COO. In 2020, they became a Cartier fellow and a Cartier Impact Awardee at the Cartier Women's Initiative. In 2021, they started working as a Lecturer of Pediatrics at Cairo University. Overall, Rasha Rady's work experience showcases their expertise in pediatrics and their involvement in important medical institutions and initiatives.

Rasha Rady's education history is as follows:

Rasha Rady obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine from Kasr Al Ainy - Faculty of Medicine - Cairo University in the years 2000 to 2006. Rasha then pursued a Master's Degree in Pediatrics and Neonatology from Kasr AlAiny - Faculty of Medicine - Cairo University from 2010 to 2013. In addition, Rasha Rady earned another Master's Degree in Pediatrics from Kasr Al Ainy-Faculty of Medicine- Cairo University, completing it in the years 2010 to 2013.

Continuing their education, Rasha Rady achieved a Professional Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management from the Arab Institute for Continuing Professional Development (AICPD) between 2015 and 2016. Rasha later obtained a PhD in Pediatrics from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University (Kasr Al-Aini), which they undertook from 2014 to 2018.

More recently, between 2021 and 2022, Rasha Rady participated in the CWI/INSEAD Women Impact Entrepreneurship Program at INSEAD, focusing on business administration, management, entrepreneurship, and impact.

In terms of additional certifications, Rasha Rady obtained a Duolingo Italian Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certificate from Duolingo in August 2016. Rasha also received a specialist certification in healthcare quality management from the Egyptian Medical Syndicate in the same month and year. Additionally, they obtained a practice of medicine certification from the Egyptian Medical Syndicate in March 2008. However, information is not provided regarding the institution from which they earned a Bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery and a Master's degree in Pediatrics and neonatology.
