Justine Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Justine started their career as a Sales Advisor at Darjeeling from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they worked as a Project Member at LOG_VAD for a brief period in 2010. In 2011, they became a Logistics Development Organizer at Decathlon International, where they managed two projects in the international flows department.
In 2013, Justine joined Olmix Group as a Business Developer & Administrative Responsible. Their responsibilities included establishing the Cambodian representative office, conducting training sessions for the local team, and implementing accounting procedures. Justine also supported the marketing campaign from the French headquarters.
After their work at Olmix Group, Justine worked at Vinci Construction Grands Projets as a Project Financial Assistant and Cost Controller. Justine assisted the Country Manager and the Administrative and Financial Manager, managed the project cost control, and coordinated between the accounting and purchase departments.
In 2015, Justine joined Ynsect as a Financial Controller and Financing Innovation Consultant. Their role involved managing the accounting and cost control department, recruiting accounting officers, implementing accounting software and digitalization platforms, and defining financial data processes for the demo plant.
Justine then joined Phoenix Mobility in 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. Justine contributed to the start-up's design of economical and ecological mobility solutions through retrofit kits.
In 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Chefclub, an EATertainment brand that focuses on making cooking fun and approachable. Justine is responsible for financial management and strategic decision-making at the company.
More recently, in 2022, they worked as a Fundraiser at Meet My Mama, an organization that supports women from all backgrounds in developing culinary talents and becoming entrepreneurs.
Throughout their career, Justine has displayed strong financial and managerial expertise, as well as a passion for sustainable and inclusive projects.
Justine Gilbert obtained an Engineer's degree in Engineering Technology, General from Centrale Lille, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Justine further pursued a Master's degree in Project Management & Business Development from SKEMA Business School, attending from 2012 to 2014.
