Emma Algharbi

Emma (Imouline) Algharbi, D.Eng, serves as the Senior Director of New Product Development at Chefman & CHEF iQ since December 2022, overseeing technical project management and product testing. Previously, Emma held various roles at Across International LLC from March 2017 to June 2022, culminating in the position of Assistant Engineering Manager, where Emma directed teams in all phases of product delivery and improved operational efficiency. Emma's engineering career began as a Technical Support Engineer and progressed through several roles, including Engineer I and Engineer II, leading to successful product launches with significant revenue impact. Emma's education includes a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and multiple degrees in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, complemented by an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Bergen Community College.
