Esther Rosenfeld

Esther Rosenfeld has been working in Human Resources for over 10 years. Esther started their career as a Perinatal Sonographer before moving into recruitment. Esther then spent 3 years as a Recruitment Coordinator with Five Star Nursing, where they were responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals across various regions. In 2016, they became the Human Resources Manager at Focus Camera Inc., where they managed recruitment functions, coordinated the new hire onboarding process, and supported the performance review process. Esther also assisted with processing terminations, responded to employee requests and inquiries, facilitated timekeeping and payroll audits, and maintained and updated employee files. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources at Chefman.

Esther Rosenfeld has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, a Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources from Capella University, and certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography/Sonographer and Ultrasound Technician from Muhlenberg Harold B & Dorothy A Snyder Schools-School of Imaging. Esther also has certification from the American Heart Association in Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED and from the State of New Jersey in Notary Public. Finally, they have certification from SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
