Prior to that, Suman worked as an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist at XDubai, focusing on strategy implementation to enhance brand awareness and sales. Suman started as an eCommerce & Social Media Specialist at Nishat Linen, emphasizing customer engagement through social media, and has experience as a Web Content Writer and Customer Relationship Manager in earlier roles. Suman holds a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Sinhgad Institute of Technology & Science.
