Devin Howe

Devin Howe is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in systems architecture, project management, and technology development. As the Manager of Technology Development and Innovation at Chelan County PUD since 2012, Devin architected a system to track migrating fish, resulting in significant cost savings. Additionally, as the owner of Liberty Defense, Devin conducts National Rifle Association firearm training courses, fostering safe firearm ownership. Previous roles include a Program/Analyst at Grant County Public Utility District, where Devin implemented the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system, and an IT Advisory Associate at KPMG, performing IT audits across various industries. Devin holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management and Scandinavian Studies from Brigham Young University.
