Kerwin Loukusa

Kerwin Loukusa is a skilled software and data analyst at Chelan County PUD, where responsibilities include developing .NET applications using C#, Powershell, and SQL to enhance data integration and analysis systems since July 2020. Prior to this, Kerwin worked as an independent consultant focusing on electrical hardware development and data analysis software in Washington State from August 2019 to July 2020. A sabbatical from October 2018 to November 2019 allowed for professional development as a certified rock climbing instructor. As the founding engineer at Pure Watercraft from May 2011 to October 2018, Kerwin directed the technical trajectory, managed engineering projects, and led the development of electrical systems. Additional experience includes an internship at Intellectual Ventures in 2011, where design and development of electrical hardware took place. Kerwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on control systems and hybrid drive systems from the University of Washington.
