Solomon Bessire is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Chelan Fresh since December 2019, Solomon previously held various leadership roles at Spokane Software Systems, Inc., including Vice President of Product Development and Director of Product Development, from February 2002 to December 2019. Solomon's career began at Kaiser Aluminum as a Software Engineer from June 1998 to October 2001. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University, completed in 2002 and 1997 respectively, alongside a high school diploma from Okanogan High School.

Today, Chelan Fresh has grown to become one of Washington state's largest marketers of fresh fruit with an estimated annual sale of 16 million boxes of apples, pears and the nation's largest provider of fresh cherries.
