Curtis Hartshorn has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Curtis started their career in 2014 as a QA/Marketing Intern at The Echo Nest, where they curated data and performed QA tests on new features. In 2015, they joined Gallant Entertainment, Inc. as a performer, specializing in playing the snare drum for custom musical performances. In 2016, Hartshorn worked as a Sales Associate at Forced Exposure. Curtis then transitioned to teaching, becoming a Private Lessons Teacher in 2009 and later taking on the role of High School Percussion Caption Head at Chelmsford Public Schools. In 2017, they became a Percussion Accompanist at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and in 2018, they became an Instructor at Boston Drum Lessons.
Curtis Hartshorn obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Performance, General from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they attended from 2009 to 2013.
