Ben Howlett-Lamont

Ben Howlett-Lamont has extensive experience in the football industry, particularly within community and academy roles. Currently serving as an Academy Integration Coach at Chelsea Football Club, Ben has previously held various positions at Chelsea FC Foundation, including Sussex Schools Officer and Foundation Scout. Additional roles include Development Officer and Programme Lead at West Ham United Foundation, as well as Foundation Coach at Saints Foundation. Ben holds a BA (Hons) in Football Studies from Solent University and studied at Chichester College prior to that.
