Nilesh Saraogi

Nilesh Saraogi currently serves as the FP&A Head and Business Partner at Mars since September 2021, building on a diverse experience in finance roles across various industries. Previously, Nilesh held the position of Region Finance Head at Pernod Ricard from February 2018 to September 2021 and managed Business Planning and Analysis at Novartis from December 2015 to February 2018. Nilesh's career began at ITC Limited, where roles included Finance Manager and Assistant Manager in different divisions, followed by KPMG India as a Senior Executive. Nilesh's foundational experience in finance started as an Articled at Patni & Co. Nilesh holds multiple professional qualifications, including Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Financial Risk Manager from GARP, and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, along with a B. Com (Hons) degree from St. Xavier's College. Additionally, Nilesh has completed Level II of the CFA program.
