Benjamin Himpe began their work experience in 2010 with a work placement at VB/Research. Benjamin then worked as event staff at Off to Work from 2013 to 2014. Benjamin also had a work placement at McCann London in 2013. In 2014, they worked as hospitality staff at The Event Business and also had a work placement at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment. Benjamin joined RAPP in 2015 as an executive assistant for a short period before transitioning to the role of marketing executive. Benjamin then became an account executive in 2017. Benjamin worked at MOFILM as an account manager and producer from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Chelsea Football Club, where they started as Marketing Manager - Content & Digital Product in 2020 and later became the Content Lead in 2022.
Benjamin Himpe attended the University of California, Berkeley in 2014 for the Summer School program at the Haas Business School. From 2012 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Business & Management with a specialization in Marketing at the University of Sussex. Prior to that, they completed their GSCE & Pre-U Cambridge at Charterhouse from 2007 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin also obtained certifications in the Sports Industry Essentials Management Course from Columbia University in the City of New York in 2016 and the AAR New Business Apprenticeship from AAR in the same year.
