Nadia Shahrestani

Nadia Shahrestani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nadia began their career at Heales Medical as an Occupational Health Office Administrator, where they managed office administrative practices and improved appointment and referral processes. Nadia then joined Chelsea Football Club, starting as a Sales Account Manager and progressing to Matchday Sales Manager. In these roles, they oversaw a team of Sales Executives, developed relationships with key accounts, and helped generate new business. Nadia later became the Premium Seating & Venue Projects Manager, where they led the creation of a comprehensive marketing strategy and managed the development and implementation of a hospitality smartphone app. Nadia then served as the Venue Project & VIP Event Manager, responsible for managing venue projects and VIP events. Most recently, Nadia has held the position of Senior Manager: Venue Experience & Revenue Growth, where they have led the delivery of Chelsea FC Women matches and worked closely with the Head of Venue & Hospitality to develop a growth strategy. In addition to their roles at Chelsea Football Club, Nadia has also been an AllBright Digital Member.

Nadia Shahrestani pursued their undergraduate degree in Law, earning a LLB Hons from the University of Nottingham between 2001 and 2004.
