Shaun Burgess

Shaun Burgess is a dedicated football coach and talent scout with extensive experience in grassroots football. As the Founder and Head Coach of Young Ballers Football Aspirations since September 2018, Shaun has focused on providing local youth with quality football training and development opportunities. Shaun also founded and chairs the Next Generation Super League, which promotes fair play and player development for younger age groups. Recently, Shaun has taken on roles as an Academy Scout for Chelsea Football Club and Lead Academy Scout for West Ham United FC, successfully identifying and recommending talent. In addition to the football sector, Shaun has held various positions in sales and account management at companies like Oracle, SAP, and HP, contributing significant expertise in human capital management and software sales. Educational credentials include an MSc in Sports Business and Leadership from Loughborough University London and a BA in Journalism from the University of East London.
