Eric Paul

Eric Paul has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Eric currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at both Chelsea Investment Corporation and Emmerson Construction, starting in September 2020. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Finance Director at SOUTHWEST VALUE PARTNERS from 2018 to 2020. Eric has also served as the Corporate Controller at JC Resorts from 2016 to 2017 and as the Controller at Crestline Funding from 2007 to 2016. Eric gained experience in the financial industry as an Underwriter and Financial Analyst at GE Capital from 2005 to 2007. Eric began their career as a Senior Audit Associate at Deloitte in 2004 and then worked as a Tax Associate at Gatto, Pope & Walwick, LLP from 2002 to 2004. Eric started their professional journey as an Audit Associate at EY in 2000.

Eric Paul has a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Cum Laude) from San Jose State University. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy, Mortgage Loan Originator from NMLS, Real Estate Broker from the California Department of Real Estate, Wine Business Management from Sonoma State University Wine Business Institute, and Wines Level 2 Award from the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust).
