Joanna Crossman

Joanna Crossman is an experienced professional in the real estate development sector, currently serving as a Development Analyst at Chelsea Investment Corporation since November 2019, having previously held the role of Development Coordinator at the same company. Prior to this, Joanna worked at Marcus & Millichap from January 2014 to November 2019 as a Commercial Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator in The Bove Multifamily Group. Joanna gained early experience as an Assistant Neighborhood Manager at Balfour Beatty Communities in 2013 and as an Assistant Site Manager at Burns Management from 2012 to 2013. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media Design and Imaging from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2009.
