The Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex is a 28-acre sports village located between 17th & 23rd Streets along Manhattan’s Hudson River. Opened in 1995, Chelsea Piers transformed four historic, long-neglected piers into a major center for public recreation and waterfront access. Annual visitation is approximately 4.1 million. Situated on Piers 59 through 62 and in the head house that connects them, the complex features: the Golf Club, the Chelsea Piers Fitness Club, Sky Rink, the Field House, Bowlmor, the Lighthouse, Current and Pier Sixty Event Centers, Sunset Terrace, and the Marina at Chelsea Piers. The Golf Club at Chelsea Piers, Manhattan’s only multi-tiered, year-round, outdoor golf driving range and teaching academy, allows golfers to hit full shots, practice putting and take lessons from top pros.
