Joanne K. Rau

Joanne Rau is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial sector. Since October 2019, Joanne has served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Chelsea State Bank. Prior to this position, Joanne held various senior leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank from March 2004 to June 2019, including Senior Vice President & Business Banking Group Executive and Vice President & Middle Market Leader. Joanne's career also includes positions at Crestmark Bank as a Business Development Officer and at Bank One as a Commercial Officer. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Eastern Michigan University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
