Jay Whewell

Jay Whewell is an experienced property compliance professional with over 15 years in the field. Currently serving as the Property Compliance Manager at Cheltenham Borough Homes Ltd since April 2018, Jay previously held the role of Compliance Surveyor at Gloucester City Homes Limited from January 2013 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as a Surveyor at The Guinness Partnership from September 2009 to December 2012, and as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at E G Carter & Co Ltd from September 2005 to September 2009. Jay Whewell holds a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Building Studies from Worcester Technology College.
