Lynn Hodgson

Lynn Hodgson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Cheltenham Borough Homes since May 2005. Prior roles include Interim HR Manager at Cotswold and Vale PCT, Assistant Director of HR at Bro Morgannwg NHS Trust, and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Ashford & St. Peter's NHS Trust. Lynn's career in the NHS began with various administrative positions at NHS Merseyside, alongside roles at Wirral and West Cheshire Community NHS Trust. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University, and additional diplomas in Performance Coaching and Human Resources Management.
