Cameron Miller has extensive experience in production and project management, currently serving as the Model Shop Supervisor/Manager at Chelton since December 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating projects, and managing communication among management, engineers, and technicians. Prior to this role, Cameron was a Rugby Coach L2 at Maidenhead Rugby Union Football Club, focusing on coaching women’s rugby and previously working with youth teams. Cameron also held key positions at Cobham as a Production Supervisor/Controller, where exemplarity was shown in maintaining delivery schedules and process improvements, and at Air Compressors as Production Manager, managing customer orders and supplier negotiations. Early career experience includes serving as a Production Controller at CompAir, ensuring efficient production line operations and coordination with various departments.
