Susie Haynes

Susie Haynes has a diverse work experience in environmental compliance and health & safety management. Susie currently holds the position of Environmental Compliance Director at ORG Chem Group, LLC. Prior to that, they worked as an EHS Manager at Shamrock Technologies, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. Susie also served as an EHS Manager at Trelleborg Wheel Systems Spartanburg, SC, a startup facility, from 2015 to 2016. Susie has experience as Director of Safety (DOT) at Service Transport Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Susie worked as an Environmental, Health & Safety Leader at Comatrol [Member of The Sauer-Danfoss Group], managing OSHA, EPA, and EMS issues for a plant with over 300 employees from 2006 to 2014. In addition, they served as an EHS Manager at Draexlmaier Automotive of America from 2004 to 2006 and as an Environmental and Quality Manager at Coates Brothers Inks from 1988 to 1997.

Susie Haynes pursued their education in Biology/Chemistry at Eastern Kentucky University from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. During this time, they focused on a general field of study in Biology. Later, in 1994, they attended Greenville Technical College and completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Hazardous Materials Technology, which they finished in 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Susie Haynes also obtained certifications. In 2007, they became a Certified Director of Safety (DOT), and they also hold the ISO14001 Lead Auditor certification.
