Henning Pflug is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and organizational development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Site Executive Director at Chem-Trend since August 2021, Pflug oversees site safety, operational performance, product quality, supply chain management, and fosters a collaborative organizational culture. Previously, Pflug held significant roles at Carlisle® Construction Materials Europe, including Director of the Carlisle Operating System, and Head of Production in Germany, where a focus on safety and efficiency led to improved performance across multiple sites. Additional experience includes senior engineering project management at Hydro Aluminium, process engineering at ArcelorMittal, and early career roles in maintenance and production. Pflug holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School, an MBA from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Maschinenbau from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
