Ines Schwigon

Ines Schwigon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ines began their career at Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover in 2005 as the Head of Functional Area Budget and 3rd Party Funds Management, a position they held until 2008. In 2008, they joined Klüber Lubrication as a Controller, and later became the Head of Price & Sales Controlling until 2014. In 2014, they moved to Chem-Trend where they held multiple roles, including Corporate Finance Director from 2014 to 2017, Head of FCS Best Practices Consulting Office from 2016 to 2021, Integration Manager - Finance & Controlling in 2021, and currently serves as the Executive Director of Finance & Purchasing.

Ines Schwigon has a diploma in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Erfurt, which they earned between 2000 and 2005. In 2018, they participated in the Freudenberg Business Leadership Programme at INSEAD. In 2019, they completed the Freudenberg Inclusive Leadership Programme, also at INSEAD. In 2020, they further enhanced their education by attending the Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times program at INSEAD.
