Nicole Mason

Nicole Mason, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Human Resources at Chem-Trend since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources-North America at Chem-Trend from March 2017 to May 2022. Before joining Chem-Trend, Nicole worked as the Director of Human Resources at TIDI Products, LLC from September 2016 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Detroit Public Television from April 2014 to September 2016. Nicole also has experience as a Human Resources Director at Durr Ecoclean, Inc. from February 2007 to January 2014, where they were a member of the Executive Management Team and focused on developing and executing organizational strategies. Nicole began their career as a Senior HR Generalist at Behr America from June 2003 to February 2007, and prior to that, they worked as an Inflight Supervisor at Spirit Airlines from June 1997 to February 2002.

Nicole Mason, SPHR has a diverse education history that spans from high school to postgraduate studies. Nicole received their high school diploma from Brighton High School, where they focused on college preparation. After that, they attended Michigan State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources, completing their studies between 1991 and 1994. Later, they pursued higher education and earned their MBA specializing in Business from Michigan State University, graduating in 2012.
