Matthew Erlichman

Matthew Erlichman is an experienced professional with a background in engineering, quality assurance, and technical sales. Matthew began a career in technical sales management and process engineering at Chemcut from May 2018 to February 2021, focusing on customer-specific solutions and R&D improvements. From February 2021 to September 2024, Matthew served as Quality Assurance Manager at Spectrum Control, overseeing quality assurance analysis and cost control while also holding positions as Quality Engineer and Supervisor. Prior to these roles, Matthew was a student athlete and youth ice hockey coach at Penn State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Engineering was obtained from January 2013 to May 2018.
