Jennifer Valdez, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global HR Operations Manager at Chemelex, where responsibilities include building HR operational foundations and managing the global HRIS, Dayforce. Previously, Valdez held multiple roles at Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP from June 2000 to September 2025, including HR Operations and Change Manager, where Jennifer led change initiatives and implemented strategic HR programs.
