In this role, Lisa oversees a global team of HR Data Analysts and manages the employee lifecycle data within SAP HCM across Europe, LATAM, and North America. Responsibilities also include global post-offer onboarding and the development of employee lifecycle processes. Previously, Lisa worked as Manager for EMEA/North American Data Centers and succeeded as the functional lead for SAP HCM, optimizing personnel administration and organizational management. Earlier in her career, Lisa held various management positions at Bed Bath & Beyond, emphasizing customer service and training. Lisa is an alumnus of Rockford Business College with a Travel/Tourism Certification and attended Highland Community College in Illinois.
