Maya Campbell

Maya Campbell has extensive work experience as an art director, starting in 2017 as a freelance art director for Dalton Agency. From there, they worked as a freelance junior art director for Mekanism before taking on the role of freelance art director for their own company, Maya Campbell. In 2018, they joined Digitas North America as an associate art director before transitioning to Chemistry, where they worked as an art director. In 2021, Maya joined Havas as a senior art director and is currently working in that role. Maya will be starting a new position as a social art director at Chemistry in June 2023.

Maya Campbell's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2015. Maya also pursued a minor in Latin American Studies during their time at the university. Additionally, Maya attended the College for Creative Studies in 2010 for Continuing Education in Advertising Design. Later on, between 2015 and 2017, they attended The Creative Circus where they studied Art Direction. In terms of additional certifications, Maya obtained Conflict Management Training from the Oakland Meditation Center in May 2012.
