Giovanni Buan

Giovanni Buan, R.M.E, is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in marine engineering and management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at GPS CHEMOIL LLC FZC since August 2005, Giovanni has also held the position of Terminal Manager at Chemoil, a leading retail energy company. Prior to this, Giovanni contributed as a Shipbuilding/Repair Superintendent, assisting in managing various technical functions in ship projects. Giovanni's career includes experience as a Marine Class Surveyor at Bureau Veritas SA and as a Machinery Engineer at Keppel Subic Shipyard Inc. Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapúa University, obtained from 1994 to 1999.
