Matthew Weber

Matthew Weber is an experienced professional with a strong background in international development and agricultural programs. Currently serving as Chief of Party at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture and Acting TO 2 Director for the Durable Communities and Economic Opportunities Program at Chemonics International, Matthew brings extensive expertise in managing complex programs, including overseeing logistics management for the Ghanaian Ministry of Health and leading the Regional Agricultural Development Program in Afghanistan. Previous roles at Chemonics International include Director of Supply Chain Solutions and Deputy Chief of Party for various USAID projects, with a proven track record in financial institution consulting and agricultural development. Matthew holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and additional degrees from Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University at Buffalo.
