Jason Xiang has a strong background in pharmaceutical research and development. Jason began their career at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 1998, where they served as a Principal Research Scientist and Project Leader until 2009. Following this, they joined Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Principal Scientist from 2009 to 2011. Jason then moved to Shanghai ChemPartner, where they held the role of Executive Director from 2012 to 2015, and subsequently became Vice President, managing a team of approximately 300 scientists. During their time at Shanghai ChemPartner, they focused on antibody-drug conjugate, small molecule drug discovery support, medicinal chemistry, and chemistry interface.
Jason Xiang completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the U. of Science and Technology of China. Jason studied at the institution from 1982 to 1987. Later, Jason pursued their higher education at Purdue University, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organic Chemistry. Jason attended Purdue University from 1994 to 1998.
