Beth Haley

Beth Haley has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Beth is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Chemring Countermeasures USA. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Turn 14 Distribution, Inc. from 2013 to 2022. Beth also served as the Human Resources Manager at Turn 14 Distribution, Inc. from 2013 to 2020. Beth has also worked as a Human Resources Manager in the manufacturing industry from 2003 to 2009. Beth has experience in the financial and healthcare sectors as well. Beth's career in human resources began in 1987 at Plymouth Distributors, where they held various roles until 1999.

Beth Haley has a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Saint Joseph's University. Beth also holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Temple University. Beth obtained additional certifications in Strategic Human Resources from Lynda.com in 2017 and became a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in Human Resources from SHRM in May 2015.
