Prior experience includes roles such as Design Assurance Manager at Aviation Traders Ltd and Quality Manager and QHSE Manager at AmSafe Bridport. Heather's career began in the Royal Air Force, where roles included Quality and Continuous Improvement Instructor and Engineering Instructor, spanning from July 1995 to October 2012. Heather's background combines mechanical engineering expertise with a strong focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement practices.
